Enter the 2026 Half Marathon Here

[Updated 24/10/2025]

Note: it is requested that those entering this half marathon should be sufficiently fit to be able to complete the course within 3 hours or they will be requested to withdraw due to traffic restraints. There are no refunds or deferrals other than our pregnancy deferral (see nicework for more info), but runners can transfer their entry up to including race day.  In addition, for a small fee, entrants can insure against non-participation through the Nice Work entry portal.

Famed for the scenic and challenging route (the 300-foot ascent of Spring Hill at Fordcombe is to be mentioned), meticulous organisation, value for money and friendly marshals, it was voted the ‘Most Improved Race in the UK’ in 2009 and was voted the No.2 Half Marathon in the UK in 2011 by Runner’s World readers. In 2019 in the “Let’s Do This” Challenge Awards it was voted the 5th Best Half Marathon in the South.

It is one of the biggest events in the UK organised by a running club and Tunbridge Wells Harriers are very proud to have hosted the event for over 40 years. Over the last 10 years, the race has also donated around £200,000 to charity and worthy local causes directly from race surplus. The race also donates free places to selected charities. We are hugely grateful to all of our sponsors. Our race is organised by volunteers from Tunbridge Wells Harriers.
