As promised, as I now have track race results from Tuesday evening, I enclose those races for which results are available.
The numbers in brackets are for the heat number our runners were in, which did mean that both Liam and Alex may be credited with a Club SM record for the same distance on the same day. Well done guys.
Emily was less than one second from breaking the ladies’ 5000m record on Saturday. – Next time??
