The national XC champs and our own half marathon in the same weekend, but everyone is of course focussed on PARKRUN where we still had 53 harriers and 8 helpers, with 5 first timers and 2 new PBs.
Yet another 3 new parkruns this week – St Mary’s (Bridport in Dorset), Hilly Fields (Lewisham, but a great name for a XC course) and Tooting Common (not known for its hills)
Notable results from Ali smashing everyone in the AG rankings and great to see Simon Howden with a fantastic 70%+ alongside Rose Sawyer, both setting bests for 2025.
Well done to the silly people who did parkrun and the TW half, I don’t think anyone also did the Nationals as well but I wouldn’t put it past a few of you (wish I could do that)
