With the continuation of the Bollywood filming at the Nevill for another week, we will be holding this Wednesday’s club run from The Junction Inn in Groombridge (TN3 9RB). There will be a choice of four hilly picturesque routes: short (4.7 miles), medium (5.3 miles) and long (7.5 miles), together with a walkers route of 2.8 miles – please see the attached map. Please arrive in good time for the usual start at 7.30pm, and please park with consideration for the local residents (my neighbours!).
Food will be available at the pub, largely a Malaysian menu, but since the kitchen is not normally open after 9pm, we have been asked to pre-order when we arrive. So that you can make your choices in advance, I’ll send details of the menu tomorrow (Tuesday).
Normal service will be resumed at the Nevill next week with the handicap (hooray!).
