Many thanks to those members who have so far renewed their club membership for 2025/26, much appreciated.
To date, there are circa 150 members who are yet to renew. The club’s rules require payment within 4 weeks so if you intend to renew, please do so by the 28th April. The payment requests were issued via England Athletics earlier this month so it might be sitting in your junk/spam folder. Happy to resend if you can’t find it!

From today, it will be time to renew club memberships for 2025/26 (sorry, not an April fool!) In light of increasing club costs and England Athletics raising individual registration fees by £1, it was approved at the recent AGM that club fees would increase as per the below. In the previous year a small loss was made so increasing the club fees should avoid this and maintain the club’s surplus funds.

First claim membership (includes EA £20 registration fee)

Student or unwaged membership (includes EA £20 registration fee)

Second claim membership (EA first claim membership with another club)

With regards to EA registration, the Committee strongly encourage all First and Student/unwaged members to pay the EA affiliation fee. Paying the EA fee allows you to complete for the club and gives discounted race entry. Also the fee supports the wider work EA do in helping clubs with advice and guidance as wells as promoting the sport as a whole.
In the next few days you will receive a payment request from England Athletics. It can take a little while due to the high activity on their website so please bearwith. Please note that payment should be made within 4 weeks as per the TWH Club Rules.
