, so fasten your seat belts and here we go ……This week’s run is a repeat of an Alex Jeffreys special from 2015 (has he really been in the club that long???).
We have a 7.5 mile long route and a 5.6 mile short route, something for everyone.
No head torch will be needed this week.
Current forecast is for a pleasant 10C but perhaps a bit damp.
You must wear something bright and hi vis.
Smiley Chris will be behind the bar as usual upstairs after the run with his special brand of humour and the finest beer (Harveys), wine and soft drinks in the immediate vicinity.
7:30 prompt start from the Nevill – change rooms, showers and bar all open – it’s time to commit !
