A reminder that there is NO TRACK SESSION today, Monday 21st April, due to the bank holiday. Monday sessions resume next week.
Tuesday 22nd April – Meet at 6:30pm (warm-up) for a 7:00pm start / Meet by Mike Jarvis’s bench Tonbridge Sports Ground, The Slade, Tonbridge, Kent TN9 1HR. – Easy 400m and 800m x 4 (Coach: Mark). **Please note the closest car park is by Tonbridge pool but this now chargeable in the evenings**
