Dear all,
Congratulations to all those who competed at the weekend including at Tonbridge 1/2 marathon, 10k and other races. Currently the forecast for tomorrow evening is that the morning rain will clear and it will be a dry but cool 12 – 13 degrees. Temperatures drop away quickly at this time of year so please bring layers to change into at the end. If you didn’t race yesterday and fancy a speed session, the planned session for this week is:
Monday 30th September – 7.30pm / Tonbridge School Athletics Track TN10 3AD – 4-5 x 1000m (200m recoveries). (Coach: Sonja, assisted by trainee coach Roz).
A reminder that track fees will increase from 1st October 2024 to £3 for TWH members and £5 for non-members. Tomorrow is your last chance to get a session in at bargain bucket prices of £2 for TWH members and £3 for non members.
Please pay fees directly to the club bank account via online transfer, preferably before the session. Please use your name + “Monday track” as reference. If you have forgotten to pay for any previous sessions, then please do a bulk payment.
We kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell in any way that you do not attend the coached sessions.
