The Harriers trip to the Sri Chinmoy Kangaroo Hop 5k held on Tuesday night in Battersea Park certainly paid dividends!
Ali Farrell improved her own F50 club 5k record by 12 seconds, with a time of 19:47.
Geoff Turner took 5 seconds off his own F60 club 5k record, with a time of 20:18.
For both Ali and Geoff it’s the sixth time they’ve each improved their respective 5k records since last September!
Stella Richardson set a new F65 club 5k record of 25:52, taking over two minutes from her own existing record.
Fabulous achievements all.
That makes 31 new club records already so far this year!
