Last Friday saw three club records tumble at the latest Serpentine Last Friday of the Month 5k race.
Ali Farrall dipped under 20 minutes to set her latest F50 record, clocking 19:59. It’s the fifth time Ali has broken the record since last September.
Geoff Turner shaved two seconds from his own M60 record, with another great time of 20:23.
Joining the fun this month was Steve Austin, who followed up his M65 Marathon and Half Marathon records from earlier this year, improving the club 5k record by nearly a minute, with a time of 21:52.

[The Serpentine Last Friday of the Month 5k race has been going for over 30 years.
It’s a quick, flat, two lap course in Hyde Park, held every month for a small entry fee. It’s a 12.30pm start.
