At yesterday’s Serpentine Last Friday of the Month 5k, Geoff Turner broke his own M60 club record.
Having improved the record seven times last year, Geoff took over 30 seconds off it with an incredible run, clocking 19.32.
This currently puts Geoff 7th in the UK M60 rankings for a 5k this year.
