At the BMAF Championship 10 mile race held within the Buntingford 10 yesterday, Ali Farrall not only set a new F50 club record with a time of 69.09 but she finished as first F50 to claim a British Masters title.
It’s the 50th Club Road Record set this year and the 86th in total.
Congratulations also to Dave Weston and Amelie Karlsson who were the overall and first female race winners at the Staplehurst 10 yesterday.
[Also there is a correction to the parkrun summary sent out yesterday. John Law ran 16:56 at Dulwich in Sept which puts him up to 6th place overall. Apologies for the error]
