TWH 2022 Quiz Night

Hello All Harriers

TWH 2022 Quiz Night will take place on Wednesday 2nd November and this notice is your first invitation to enter your team.

Teams may consist of a maximum of four persons, although individuals outside of a “named” team may, should they choose, be informally invited to join together to form a team of four.

As this is the Club’s 40th anniversary year, there may be questions incorporated within any category that may reflect parts of Club history.

There will be ten rounds each containing ten questions. Three of the rounds will be ‘quickfire’ rounds which are to be answered within a specific time. This will help speed up proceedings.

The rounds are:-

  1. LEADERS OF THE PACK
  2. ENTERTAINMENT
  3. GOING FOR A RIDE.  (Quickfire Round)
  4. CRIME AND PUNISHMENT
  5. HISTORY
  6. SPORT (1).   (Quickfire Round)
  7. WET,WET,WET
  8. SPORT (2)
  9. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
  10. I AM, I WAS   (Quickfire Round)

Refreshments will be provided before the start of the quiz, and there will be an intermission after five completed rounds in order that glasses may be refilled.

Please sign up early so that any specific refreshment requirements  (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc.) may be catered for.

A sign-up form will be available at The Club each Wednesday evening before and after the run.  Don’t be shy.
