TWells Half – 1 Week to go! – Anything else

You’ve likely noticed from my lack of badgering that things are looking good and somehow all of our positions have been filled.

Those on signs have already been out there putting them up and those on car parks, finish, number collection on the day, number collection before the day, marshalling, vehicles, water stations, pacing, signs on race day and a few other misc roles should know what you are doing. Those on the HQ, if you don’t get an email on this then the HQ will open from 7am (hall will be open before this) so report then on Sunday to get allocated your role.

The only remaining role is to ensure we have a few people who will help clear up, otherwise its the organising committee who end up doing it every year. A number of you signed up on the form you were willing to do this. If you can commit to 1-2hrs from around 12pm Sunday to help clear up, especially stuff around the course, then please put your name forwards so I know we can guarantee you’ll be there.

Otherwise the only remaining thing is the post-race volunteers bash, watch for an email on that next week.
