Morning Harriers.
Please find attached the route for tonight’s run. As you’ll see, there are a few unusual additions – particular thanks to Casper for the extra work that I gave him in preparing this map.
At this time of year, we remember those in the forces that gave their lives for our country, but it isn’t widely known how the two world wars affected our home town. Our run tonight will take us past notable locations from both wars, some of which are surprising in the severity of the effect on the civilian population. I will give a short presentation on these while briefing the route, so please make the effort to be upstairs promptly at 7.30pm.
