The Club’s hunger for social cross-country jaunts and feasting is unbounded.
I cannot remember (not surprising) a Run Out Lunch that hasn’t been overflowing with eager participants keen to explore some new territory in anticipation of arriving at a warm welcoming secret hostelry out there somewhere.
As our hosts brace themselves for our visit, they are happy that over half of our allocated seating is already booked. So dear friends, get your skates (or knobblies) on and let me know of your intentions to join in the fun. Three first-timers from the Speldhurst adventure have decided once is not enough and we welcome more such spirits this year.

Choice of distance – normally 6-ish or 12-ish miles
Easy paced groups to suit all abilities and enjoyment of the terrain
Unique mapping created to guide and improve your ability to follow a route
Your bag of fresh clean change outfits transported to the venue
Changing facilities arranged where necessary
Dogs welcome
A 2 or 3-course menu for advance choices
A selection of real ales, wine and other assorted concoctions
Chance to relax and enjoy unwinding with convivial friends
