Evening Harriers
The South of the Thames Championship race at Somerhill School this Saturday will start at 2pm. Please note that men and women will run together so there is only one start time. Race numbers will be issued on the day so please arrive in good time.
The address for sat navs (should you need it) is Somerhill School, Tonbridge TN11 0NJ. Please car share where possible.
The course is approx. 12km as shown on the map below. The course is suitable for spikes.
As suggested in Andrew Deighton’s recent email on the history of the South of the Thames Championships, please bring along your heritage red and white vest if you would like to wear it for the warm-up / pre-race photos. Please note that official club vests should be worn for the actual race.
Afterwards we plan to go to the Nelson Arms in Tonbridge (19 Cromer St, Tonbridge TN9 1UP).
With a huge contingent of Harriers entered this looks set to be a good one!
