Evening Harriers
The SEAA Southern Cross Country Masters Championships will take place on Saturday 7 December at Lloyd Park, near Croydon.
This event is open to all 40 plus men and women. The men’s course is approx. 10km and the women’s course approx 6km. Individual awards will be made in 5 year age bands (up to 69) and team awards (3 to score) will be made in 10 year age bands (40/50/60).
The start times are 11:45am for the women’s race and 14:10 for the men’s.

Please note that this event is not included in your XC subscription and you will need to make a payment of £10 into the club bank account (details of how to do this are provided on the form).
