1330 Senior Women 8,000m
1435 Senior Men 15,000m
Course / Time Limit

Please note that there is a time limit for the Senior Men’s race and times will stop being recorded after 90 minutes. There will be a cut off at the 8k point after 50 minutes and athletes will not be allowed to finish the race if they have not reached this point by this time.
Marshals
The organisers have advised that they are short of marshals, so if you are available to help please let me know as soon as possible.
Transport
The event will be held at Beckenham Park Place, London BR3 1SY. Parking is available in surrounding streets but space is often limited. Please car share if possible.
The venue is close to Beckenham Junction which can be reached easily by train via Orpington.
Pub
Afterwards we will be heading to the Jolly Woodman: 9 Chancery Lane, Beckenham, BR3 6NR.
