Results for the race are at the bottom of this Email – 48 runners, some excellent performances compared to handicap and 2 harriers under 40 minutes. Obviously plenty of adjustments required for next month.

Next race is Wed 12 June. Please remember to wear something bright, listen to the marshals and run on the pavement where one is available. There are cars on the roads and you must take your safety seriously.
Please don’t use headphones. I have been advised that a couple of you were doing so in this race. You need to be fully aware of what is going on around you – this includes listening out for other road users.
