There are 5 cross country events remaining this season (see summary below). 
 
If you would like to run in the Nationals at Weston Park please email me by Wednesday 24th January (and pay your £10 entry fee into the club bank account). 
 
I will send out final details/entry list for this weekend’s Kent Country XC Champs tomorrow. More details on the Club XC Champs to follow.

REMAINING EVENTS 
 
[1] Sat 06 Jan – Kent County XC Champs – Brands Hatch, West Kingsdown
 
** ENTRIES CLOSED **
 
12:45 — Senior Men: 12km. First 6 and 12 to score.
14:00 — Senior Women: 8.4km. First 3 and 6 to score.
 
 
[2] Sat 13 Jan – TWH Club XC Champs – Hargate Forest, Tunbridge Wells
 
>> Open to all TWH members — No need to sign up in advance <<
 
09:30 — Mass Start. 
 
SuperVets (W65+/M70+): 2 laps — ca. 3.6 miles
Everyone else: 3 laps — ca. 5.4 miles
 
The course consists of 2 or 3 laps (see above) of an undulating 1.8 mile circuit, taking in a variety of terrain including fast forest tracks and open heathland. Expect some mud too!
 
There is club silverware to be won for the first man and first woman as well as the first W35, W45, W55, W65+, M40, M50, M60 and M70+.
 
 
[3] Sat 27 Jan – SEAA Main XC Champs (‘Southerns’) – Beckenham Place Park, Beckenham

Senior Women: 8km — 4 to score in a team
Senior Men: 15km — 6 to score in a team.
 
Note: there is a cut off time for the Senior Men’s race of 90 minutes after which times will not be recorded. 
 
Start times TBC.
 
 
[4] Sat 10 Feb – Kent XC League – Norman Park, Bromley (No W65+/M70+)
 
Deadline for new entries: Monday 5th February.
 
12:00 – Senior Women: 8km — first 3 and 6 to score
13:00 – Senior Men: 8km — first 4 and 12 to score
