Earlier this evening Emily Nash set an inaugural Club SL Track Record for 10,000 metres of 42 mins 26.41 in the Kent County Track Championships at Dartford whilst winning a bronze medal in the event.
In the Male Championships taking place at the same time Liam White won the Silver medal.
Well done to both runners in what were very trying conditions.
