It stands to reason that if Stella Richardson sets a Club Best Performance at Parkrun, then Margaret Deighton can set a Club Record as well, and so it has proved as Margaret has set an inaugural Club F65 record for One Mile as she did on Saturday at Saturday’s Westminster Mile.
What a good friendly rivalry it is turning out to be.
