Another month, another end-of-month run in Hyde Park of course.
Glorious Spring sunshine welcomed a modest field of 167 to the capital’s favourite lunchtime 5k.
8 Tunbridge Wells Harriers made it a day trip to the big smoke from home or took advantage of a London based work lunch break.
Sam Joad led the way for the Harriers in 20th place, not bad considering he took a wrong turn. Andy & Elliot continued their dual, and a couple of us had Sunday’s marathon in mind.
Pre-race lakeside coffee and post-race lunch in the west end hit the spot.
Thanks to Richard Craig McFeely on camera duty and Captain Corke cheer leader in chief.
