Another month, another end of month run in Hyde Park of course.
Glorious Spring sunshine welcomed a field of 246 to the capital’s favourite lunch time 5k.
An increasing number of Tunbridge Wells Harriers made it a day trip to the big smoke from home or took advantage of a London based work lunch break.
Harriers continued to feature strongly in their age categories and a lot of us were in or around 20 minutes. There were some outstanding runs however some of us had heavy marathon training legs.
Pre race lakeside coffee and post race lunch in the west end hit the spot.
