On Sunday four harriers participated in the Beckley 10K out of a total of 243 runners.
I ran this route last year for the first time and it was very wet so it was pleasing to see that this year the conditions were more favourable with glorious sunshine.
The course is ran around the quiet country lanes of Beckley village and is hilly in parts but the home stretch is straight and downhill.
The results were only published today as someone stole the timing mat just before we were about to start the race so the results were produced manually.
