QUIZ NIGHT

Hello Harriers

 

TWH Quiz Night will take place on Wednesday 15^th November, following a shortened or slightly earlier run (to be advised) and you are cordially invited to enter your team, either by the entry form that will be available on Club Nights (before or after the run) or by e-mail to bobsez@yahoo.co.uk

 

As repairs are ongoing at The Nevil Cricket Club House the venue will be confirmed nearer the date.

 

Teams may consist of a maximum of four persons, although other individuals may be used to form teams.

 

It should be assumed that Sport Questions will be incorporated in any, but not all, rounds.

 

There will be ten rounds, each containing ten questions. Three rounds will be “overlap” or “quickfire” rounds which are aimed to speed up proceedings.

 

The Rounds are                 1. Doubling Up  (overlap round)

                                                2. Seconds

                                                3. Popular Music

                                                4. Natural History

                                                5. In Memoriam  (quickfire round)

 

                                                6. History

                                                7. Science

                                                8. That’s My Home

                                                9. The Arts

                                                10. Picture That Musical  (quickfire round)

 

There will be a short break after five rounds in order that glasses may be refilled

 

Please sign up early in order that full preparations may be made.
