The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Nevill Pavilion on Wednesday 19th March at 8pm

- minutes from the previous AGM (held on 13th March 2024)
- job description for vacant Communications Officer role
If you have any proposals (or other items) for discussion at the meeting, please send these for inclusion by Wednesday 5th March by e-mail to simon.holford@gmail.com.
We look forward to a good turnout on Wednesday 19th. Please make every effort to attend as this is an important annual event for the club requiring support from all members.
If you are unable to attend, please send an apology for absence (to simon.holford@gmail.com), so we can anticipate the numbers planning to attend.
I will circulate an updated agenda (including the reports and proposals) and accounts to year end 2024 in due course.
