Looks like the weather should be good for tonight’s run, but it will be muddy. White socks not recommended. This is the route:
Rather than go up Warwick Park, you can go out the back of the cricket pitches to forest road. I’ll flour the route ahead of everyone else, although I wont use much for the route to Frant since it is well known.
For the short route follow the left hand path when going through Hargate forest.
