Evening Harriers
Just a reminder that the sign-up deadline for the National XC Champs is this coming Wednesday (25th Jan).
This year’s race will be taking place at Bolesworth Castle, 2 miles south of Tattenhall in Cheshire (south of Chester).
Given its location, we’re not expecting a big turnout for this one but a couple of people have already signed up. If you would like to take part please let me know by the end of Wednesday (I will be entering people on Thursday morning). Next year the Nationals should be returning to the (in)famous Parliament Hill Fields in London 🙂

Senior Men: 15km. 6 to score in a team. 90 minutes cut-off time.
Senior Women: 8km. 4 to score in a team

Sat 11 Feb – (FINAL) Kent XC League – Norman Park, Bromley (No Super Vets: W65+/M70+)
Entry Deadline: Mon 6 Feb
12:00 Senior Women — course approx 8,000m
12:30 Senior Men — course approx 8,000m
