Monday night track sessions – Block 3.5

Dear all, 
We’re not doing a full block this time as there’s only 3 weeks to go until Christmas. We’ll be taking 2 weeks leave over Christmas and New Year but will be back in earnest on the 8th January 2024.
Block 3.5: 04/12/2023 – 18/12/2023
Mixing it up to keep you active in the build up to Christmas…
Week 19
Week 20
Week 21
Progression session:
4x 800m (400m); 3x 400m (60s); 2x 200m (2 mins)
3 x 8 min with 2 min recovery. At various paces depending on the whistle and the bell
Christmas special: 
12 laps of Christmas – 12 x 400m (or as many as you want) 200m recoveries
With added Christmas cheer!
If you can’t do Mondays feel free to run the sessions independently.
If you are new to Mondays and the sessions seem a little daunting please don’t be put off.  Published session plans are just a guide we are happy to amend sessions to cater for all abilities, please do come and speak to one of the coaches.
