KGP Update

Kent Grand Prix
Morning All,
The Kent Road Race season is well underway now with three events having taken place so far – the Canterbury 10, Deal Half Marathon and Dartford Half Marathon. At each event we have had a reasonable turnout but really we could do with greater numbers if we are to challenge for silverware this year. Therefore please give thought to entering the upcoming races if you are able to. The next events are:
13th April – The Kent Spring Half Marathon (near Ashford) – Nice Work Race Management : Kent Spring Marathon & Half Marathon

5th May – The Ted Pepper 10k (Bromley) – Blackheath & Bromley Harriers AC website

Results have been published for the first two races so far. In the Men’s competition we sit in 4th Place, but importantly still within touching distance of the leading teams. The same can be said of the Women’s competition where we are currently in 5th place. So a couple of strong races next with good numbers and we should be able to close the gap.
