The Kent Vets XC Champs are taking place this Saturday, Nov 30, at Central Park, Dartford.
Please find attached the event programme. Included here are race times, course map and entry lists.
Well done to all vets who signed up! 💪 Please check to see if your name is on this list. It matches our submitted entries. If your name is on the list then you are expected to race. If your name is not on the list, you will not be able to race. No entries on the day.
The course is almost the same as it has been in recent years, with just a couple minor alterations.
All runners must wear club kit (deckchair vest & dark shorts/leggings). No headphones are allowed.
If you can take the club gazebo, please let me know asap. It would be much appreciated, and we will enlist helpers to transport it to/from your car.

LIFT SHARING, DIRECTIONS & PARKING 🚙
Please lift share as much as possible – St Johns Sports Centre is usually a good meeting point. Please arrange lifts between you, or post a message on the club Facebook group. Please arrive in plenty of time before your race.
Parking is in the Acacia Car Park, off the High Street, DA1 1DJ (turn left opposite Holy Trinity Church). This is a pay-&-display car park, although parking there was free last year (and possibly the year before). Please check the signs carefully on arrival to see if Saturday parking is free of charge.

If you are able to make/bring cake for afterwards, you will be smothered in gratitude!

The Malt Shovel, which I think is easily accessible from the top section of the Acacia car park.
Race numbers for Kent Vets will be issued on arrival – no need to bring Kent League race numbers with you.
