The Chas Ryman Memorial 10 Mile Road Race returns once again in 2015 to the undulating roads in and around Sittingbourne; and in 2015 the race will be included as part of the Kent Grand Prix Series.
Organised by Sittingbourne Striders this race has grown in popularity over the years and always receives great feedback. The course uses the picturesque country lanes surrounding Sittingbourne through Rodmersham Green and Kingsdown before returning to Highsted Valey through Bluetown.
The Race HQ is located at Highsted Grammar school and there is a baggage area, toilets and a refreshment stall and BBQ providing hot food for all.
Finishers will receive a medal, technical t-shirt and goody bag.
The race will also be attended by a local sports firms who will be selling running merchandise.
All race numbers and timing chips will be available to collect on the morning of the race.
