Four Harriers descended on the south coast for a Sussex Grand Prix event and competed in the Hove 10km.
Great two lap out and back course, pancake flat but you can be caught out by the weather so nothing is guaranteed.

Great event, largest event in Wales. Super fast people if you are looking for a train to get sucked along with and given its the largest mass participation event regardless of your ability you can get sucked along.
