I love having coastal trips so today’s one was for running, even thought we’ve crossed the border into the Sussex Grand Prix for the Hastings 5 miler.
After all forecasts were predicting heavy rain and wind , we’ve been lucky enough to have pre race showers but dry conditions during the race and some headwind for the second half of it.
