Dear Fellow Harriers,
It was fantastic to have so many of you stay and join our HM presentation in the clubhouse last night, and thanks too for eating the pizza…I was relieved I had ordered just enough!
Thanks to all the contributors, my fellow committee members Andy’s Page and Howey, David Castle, Adam Dennis, Nicola Morris, Liz Hawker, and of course, particularly Gemma Sumner for her presentation on Talking Therapies, the slides for which I attach, for you and others who weren’t there.
My special thanks to Ed Steele, for making sure I didn’t completely melt down when trying to flick between multiple windows on my laptop. My apologies to Craig Chapman for not giving him a spot to remind everyone about the need for pacers, especially the new slower slots!
Once again, my thanks to Marcus Bird, Gemma Stilliard and Liz Hawker for the excellent videos we shall use in publicising the race for 2025.
One thing I was aware of, and apologies that we ran over past 10;00 pm, was that it was rather a one way process, and there wasn’t time for your questions, comments, ideas or suggestions…so do please PM me directly if you would like to feedback in any way on last evening. We do need your continuing support to ensure the race is a success, so if you think we are going in the right (or wrong) direction, do let me know your thoughts.
