I attach further details of this Sunday’s first ‘Open’ training run, ahead of our Half starting from Withyham station what three words (eager.custodian.shorten) nearest postcode, St Michael’s School TN7 4BP, where there is parking. Start is 10.00 a.m. SHARP
This is because it became clea,r following last night’s Club Run and inspiring and humorous talk given by Adam Dennis about the Marathon des Sables, that I came to appreciate that those of you who are not entered for the Race on the 19th February, have not had the final details for this Sunday but may well wish to join us.
I have no idea how many entrants to the Half might turn up, it might just be me and my fellow pacers, Craig, Keith and Nicola…. we’ll see! However, it would be great if a few other Harriers joined us, if a 70 minute out and back run fits in with your training plans! Forecast for Sunday is dry, but a little chilly at 7C.
