Harriers,
I currently have 20 of you have signed up for a riotous day out of running, imbibing and train-inn-ing on a brand new route. Hopefully with better weather than the downpour in 2023, though not looking great at the moment.
We shall also be taking the espress train at a certain point and repeating last year’s venture to an off beat venue for some rum pugilism. I don’t want to spoil it all, its a great day out somewhere between a Victorian pub crawl and a steeplechase.
Final call to join us, I must know if you wish to attend by this weekend at the latest or you will be going hungry on the day! Happy to explain more off-group if you are intrigued.

Harriers,The recce was completed with Mr Cheek on Sunday to ensure the new route is up to our stringent standards. Everything is good to go apart from knowing that you will be in attendance! If you are a fan of local ales, perambulation and the Victorian era, you would be wise to attendWe are able to offer some choice on the dinner front this year – an Uzbek lamb plov care of our chef Hannah at the Crown Inn, Groombridge. However I must know if you want this by this Friday, or you’ll be stuck with the usual pub fare of Fish n ChipsPlease confirm attendance post-haste so you don’t miss out on this once in a year-time event
