Dear all,
Please could I remind all members that if they attend a Monday evening track session to ensure that they transfer the required fee to the club bank account, preferably before the session but if that’s not possible at least promptly after they have attended the session.
Our Treasurer Amelie does match attendance sheets against payments and has noticed an increasing rise in non-payments. I’m sure it’s just an honest mistake but we do rely on members self policing and ensuring they pay what they owe. As I have stated before we don’t operate these sessions for profit, fees paid by attendees go directly towards the hire fee we are charged by Tonbridge School.
In particular could I ask that anyone who attended the session on Monday 9th September (that was 800m repeats if you need your memory jogged) and who isn’t sure if they paid or not to please check your bank account and transfer any outstanding money.
If you’re not sure if you owe money please email me and I can confirm whether you’re fully paid up or not.
