Good evening all
I must issue an apology to Colin Ricketts who was credited by me with an Age Group Best for his run at Folkestone. It was, however, a Lifetime PB, run some 10 years after his previous figures. A better result than I had reported. I have corrected the Club Book of Results.
Talking of Folkestone, Dillon Hobbs had to leave before prize presentation and although his prize was collected for him, we can’t remember who took it for safe keeping. I should be pleased if the custodian would advise me that they have it ,or bring it to the Club Wednesday evening
London Marshall’s apparel.
George and I travelled to the sunny suburbs of Deptford to collect the T Shirts, Jackets and Caps that those on Marshalling duties on Marathon Day MUST wear. If you are one of our band that are on duty on Marathon Day we would appreciate it, if you are able, to collect your items from me at The Club on Wednesday 12th or Wednesday 19th April so we do not have to bring so many items to the Coach on Race day. I should remind all marshals that The Jacket MUST be the top item of apparel to be worn whilst on duty.
George will shortly be advising of the details of Race Day pick-up points available, so he may determine a timetable for the day.
Thanks
