It’s now exactly 3 weeks to Eridge!
Please find attached an initial list of volunteers. If you have signed up to help, please check that you have been allocated to the correct role(s) and let me know asap if there are any mistakes or if you are no longer available to help on the day.
Many thanks to everyone who has already volunteered to help. We now have all the car parking and Race HQ roles covered but still need 23 course marshals.
If you are not running Eridge or Larkfield and are able to help out on the day (and are not on the attached list), please complete the (very short) marshal volunteer form below.
Finally, thanks very much to everyone who helped with course clearing on Saturday. Special thanks to Mark Taylor and Alan Collard who lugged heavy brush cutters all the way up and round Saxonbury Hill. Also to Ed Bates who took on the (not insubstantial) task of mowing.
There will be one final course clearing session this coming Saturday (7th September) after the RTW parkrun takeover. George will be sending out further information in the next day or two. If you able to help, please email him and let him know.
