I’m sure you’re all recovered / like a coiled spring ready for Dartford half this weekend. If you haven’t entered and would like to then please do:
If it’s not enough incentive to run in the Kent Grand Prix for the mighty Harriers it’s also the Kent long course champs , so there are individual and team medals in age groups up for grabs.
Even tho it’s in Dartford it’s still quite a nice race.
Thanks to Lucille for noticing (she was obviously holiday planning) that the Sevenoaks 7 is on July 13th now so you might need to adjust your diaries accordingly.
