I would like to take this opportunity to thank Alex for his route last week, but the RunBritain rankings are demanding a change of course so this week we have Rosie Harris in charge.

, fasten your seat belts and here we go ……This week we have a route up to Powder Mills Lane*** that our route mistress and long standing former Social Secretary, Rosie Harris put together for us back in March 2019.
*** All those dissatisfied with our ruling classes are kindly requested to refrain from a gun powder plot until 5th November.
Standard route 7.2 miles
Short route 5.4 miles
This week’s route is well lit but please try and stay in groups as much as possible, looking out especially for guests, newer members and those still traumatised by the Swanley cross country.
All on road, so best to wear hi vis or something bright and feel free to get your new pair of Nike Air Zoom Alphafly NEXT% 2 out of the box and on the tarmac.
Current forecast for Wednesday is for a possible light shower and 13C.
Hockey Chris has already made his Autumn comeback behind the bar and will be looking to consolidate on his early season form, selling the finest beer (Harveys), wine and soft drinks in the immediate vicinity, at special prices.
