A trip to the seaside yesterday for the Brighton 10k certainly paid dividends for Ali Farrall and Tara Taylor.
Ali improved her own F50 10k club record, with a time of 40.52. It’s the fourth distance on the road that Ali has set a F50 record this year.
Tara posted a new F60 record, running 43.56 and now owns the 10k club record in four different age categories.
Well done to both Ali and Tara.
Elsewhere on a busy day of racing, Peter Bell won the Hartfield Honey Run 10k, Sam Joad was 3rd at the Crowborough 10k (36.46), Tristan Roberts was 3rd in the Marden 10k (36.05) and Dave Weston was 3rd in the Marden Half Marathon (1.17.43).
