August Month Ahead

While it’s a quieter month for racing, within the club we still have plenty to look forward to :-

– the final Handicap race of the year

– our Summer Memorial Relays

– a trip to Bushy Park parkrun

Monday Nights (7.30pm)

Tonbridge Track sessions 

7^th – 8x600m with effort split between 400m & 200m

14^th – 6x800m @5k pace

21^st – 200m-400m-600m-400m-200m mini pyramid repeats

28^th – no session as Bank Holiday

Tuesday Nights (7pm)

Tonbridge Speed sessions on 1^st, 8^th, 15^th, 22^nd, 29^th   

Wednesday Club Nights away from the Nevill (7.30pm)
