TWH run – Wednesday 18th May 2022 – Posh but no Becks

Greetings Harriers,

With many club members at the Beckenham Relays on Wednesday, it should be a bit quieter than usual.

Warm conditions are forecast so it should be a cracker.
I’m again this week’s Routemaster 🚌, so fasten your seat belts and here we go ……
This week’s run is a repeat of one Andy Page set for us in May 2018. We head out in a Rusthall & High Rocks direction with a full route of 7.5 miles and a shorter route of 5.4 miles.
It shouldn’t be particularly muddy but you might want to leave your expensive new race shoes at home.
No head torch will be needed this week.
Current forecast is for a dryish 19C.
You must wear something bright and hi vis.
Come along and enjoy yourselves – the following week is the spectacular Mark Taylor Hash.
The girls from the Hockey club will be behind the bar as usual upstairs after the run with the finest beer (Harveys), wine and soft drinks in the immediate vicinity (at keen prices).
7:30 prompt start from the Nevill – change rooms, showers and bar all open – it’s time to commit !
