If you want to see the routes used on the main Wednesday club night runs, as well as Sunday runs (tabs at the bottom), and other miscellaneous runs like the BBQ run and all 3 runs of the 2010 club tour, they can be downloaded from a database of TWH club runs.
For those of you with GPS watches, you can download each file as a .gpx file to upload to your watch, so you can follow the route on your watch rather than printing it out. If you have a Garmin 205/305 or need a file in the .crs or other format, then the GPSies website can easily convert the .gpx file to one that will be compatible with your watch.
Please remember that if you plan to use these routes as a guide for a training run, the winter Wednesday club runs are run on the pavement, and the summer Wednesday club runs, Sunday runs and other runs rely on daylight to be safely off road.
