Strathmore water is clear pure spring water from the Royal Burgh of Forfar on the East coast of Scotland. Strathmore's water filters down gradually through layers of sandstone formed 400 million years ago into an aquifer, which runs all the way under the North Sea from Scotland to Norway. This process of converting rain into water fit to bear the Strathmore name takes approximately 50 years. The water is then drawn from deep underground - 110 metres, in fact. The end result is a pure natural Scottish Spring Water which is moderately hard with a neutral pH, rich in beneficial minerals and is naturally saturated in oxygen.

Taut is a light-tasting, balanced, isotonic drink 100% free from anything artificial. Unlike many other sports drinks, Taut contains nothing but the purest of ingredients, including lemon juice, fruit flavours, Vitamin B6 and minerals. These create a balanced drink that's not only full of natural flavours, but is highly effective at re-hydrating and re-energising your body when it most needs it. In addition, Taut has a satisfyingly light taste which allows for easier consumption during exercise. There are three variants - Orange & Mandarin, Cranberry & Blackberry and Lemon (Endurance). The latter features 5 more vitamins plus electrolytes (Potassium and Sodium) and is designed for extended exercise of over an hour and a half. Taut is the official sports drink of the British Triathlon Federation and sponsors one of Britain's most recent world champions in that sport - Hollie Avil (World U23 champion).
