On a beautifully hot sunny day last Sunday, eleven Tunbridge Wells
Harriers competed in the second ever Weald of Kent 10 mile road race
held in the best of Kent's countryside.
There were some remarkable performances including Nick Leech, first home for the club, who came 11th overall in a time of 1hr 3min 35secs. Next home was the ever impressive George Harris in 27th place, his best ever placing & a new personal best time of 1hr 9min 46secs. Jane Johnstone was delighted coming in third lady and a new personal best of 1hr 14min 20sec.
